Novo Time

 

Desde quando Gabriel começou no SESI aos 14 ou 15 anos a “bater bola” fiquei pensando na transformação dos times e já alimentei de algo essa nova linha = NOVO TIME = NOVO DOMÍNIO = NOVO TEMPO = MODELO DOMINA e assim por diante na Rede Cognata.

FUNIL DE ADESTRAMENTO (para 300 ou 500 pretendentes; 80 % ficarão de fora, de 240 a 400, sobrando de 60 a 100)

20 % conseguem se controlar a ponto de perseguir as metas até o fim.
80 % são do povo, não têm disciplina para as altas tarefas.

Como já disse, seriam treinados nos mais difíceis lugares, como em campos com água até a cintura, em campos de pedregulhos, em campos de colonião e assim por diante.
